The Ram dates back to the 15th century when a coaching inn opened where the current 18th century, Georgian building now stands. Offering the perfect place for people to meet and rest whilst enjoying great food and wine.
The Ram has since been restored to its former, elegant Georgian glory, in the heart of the historic town of Newark, close to Newark Castle.

Every Sunday we serve our Traditional Sunday Roasts. Featuring award winning produce from Owen Taylor’s Butchers, locally sourced vegetables, and proper Yorkshire Puddings. Please book to avoid disappointment.
